How the assessment works
Free consultation
60 minutes to understand what you're building toward, where the work gets stuck, and whether an assessment is the right next step.
Discover wide
Interviews with the people doing the work and questionnaires across the team, mapping every system, handoff, and decision the work touches.
Put numbers on it
We baseline what the biggest bottlenecks cost in hours, margin, and capacity, and trace how each one touches the rest of the business.
Walkthrough & plan
We walk your team through what to fix first, what to leave alone, and what not to build, with a phased roadmap and proposal.
Why we start wide
Many technical solutions fail because they're designed in isolation. The assessment is where we discover wide: we map every system the work touches, so when we take on the first one or two problems, the solution accounts for how they connect to everything else in the business.

In July, a 214-fixture order for a hotel lobby shipped in the previous revision's finish. The re-run and expedited freight cost $38,400, and the fixtures arrived nine days after the opening. Two weeks later, sales forecast 34% more orders for 2027, and the order desk was already working Saturdays.
in rework, expedites, margin leakage, and time spent moving information. Separately, the order desk can carry about 400 orders a year against a 2027 forecast of 525.
Ways to work together after the assessment
Priced on outcomes, not hours.
Targeted builds for the first one or two problems the assessment identifies: quoting and estimating, job handoffs, drawings and approvals, production and project visibility, customer portals, documents, and integrations. Each project is tied to an agreed outcome and built on an architecture that can extend to the rest of the business. Most run 2–6 months.
CTO/COO-level leadership with a full-stack team behind it. We own your systems roadmap, keep what's running healthy, and ship the next improvement as the business changes. A flat monthly engagement scoped to outcomes, not hours, for a fraction of what building that team in-house would cost.
Contract-free, hourly sessions for a focused decision: quoting architecture, ERP or CRM integration, production visibility, customer portals, data models, automation reliability, or build-vs-buy. Sessions are on demand at $175/hour and include the meeting recording and summary.
Technology that fits the operation
Your process leads; the tool does not. We preserve the systems that still serve your team, connect ERP, CRM, accounting, and file storage where practical, and use no-code, low-code, or full-code platforms for the operational layer that is missing.
The Internyl Mission
To empower the teams that make, design, and build physical things to deliver their best work and bless the world.
