Free Scoping Sprint
Get a systems assessment and build plan
in 1-2 weeks. Completely free.
Yours to keep — whether you build with us or not.
We'll focus on one or two costly handoffs—such as RFQ to quote, approved job to production, drawings and change orders, WIP visibility, installation, or customer status. Then we'll map the people, data, tools, and decisions involved and deliver a clear plan for what to build, how to build it, and what it would cost.
Our Process
Your manufacturing systems assessment
Discovery call
Together we choose the manufacturing workflow to map, the people involved, the systems in place, and the outcome that matters.
Stakeholder interviews
We talk with the people closest to the work—owners, operations, estimating, engineering, production, field, finance, service, and clients where relevant.
Team assessment
We review how jobs, specifications, approvals, materials, milestones, permissions, and customer updates move through the current tools and handoffs.
Delivery
We walk through the requirements, future workflow, phased build plan, dependencies, and fixed-cost proposal together.
You'll receive
A build plan grounded in how work moves
Manufacturing workflow requirements
A written specification of the jobs, data, roles, approvals, handoffs, and client views the system must support.
Phased roadmap & build plan
How we would structure the work across phases, milestones, integrations, data migration, and adoption.
Simple proposal
A clear fixed-cost or retainer option tied to the agreed manufacturing-system outcome.
How we support your manufacturing systems after the sprint
Targeted implementation of operations systems and software for custom manufacturers. Common projects cover RFQ and estimating, approved-job handoffs, drawing and approval control, production or project visibility, customer portals, document workflows, and integrations. We start with a short scoping sprint, deliver the build plan and a clear proposal, then typically build over 2–12 weeks depending on scope.
We take ongoing ownership of your operations systems: keeping them healthy, shipping improvements as the business changes, and extending them across new teams, job types, and customer needs. A flat monthly engagement scoped to outcomes, not hours. You get an embedded systems team without adding office staff, and it can follow a build or begin after a scoping sprint.
Contract-free, hourly sessions for a focused manufacturing-systems decision: quoting architecture, ERP or CRM integration, production visibility, customer portals, data models, automation reliability, or build-vs-buy. Sessions are on demand at $175/hour and include the meeting recording and summary.
The Internyl Mission
